"Her ears had vanished into the obsidian sea that flowed down her shoulders in the moon light. She wasn't coming, Todd feared, her seconds of hesitation seeming to drag on for hours, causing his heart to pound against its constriction. The short wait was slowly killing him inside, draining his hope.
Then, in the darkness she moved, not away, but towards him and into his arms. As soon as she was close enough, he coiled his strong arms around her, holding her gentle body to his own. Heat emanated from her form, warming Todd's bare chest that seemed frozen from the cool air. His eyes squeezed shut as his face pressed up against the side of her head and into those midnight locks. Todd drank in her scent, an aroma that smelled better than the forest about them.
"Thank you," Todd whispered, his voice rough with emotion as he held her there. "Thank you so much."

Todd and Abbigale have their ups and downs.
The newest being Todd pulling a knife to carve something, and Abbigale freaking, thinking he was going to attack her.
Todd allowed her to escape, so she did, running away into the woods.
Todd was scared and lost, so he climbed a tree, carved there. Abbigale returned, but failed to see Todd.

Later Todd falls asleep in the tree, waking up only to find himself falling. The noise of his decent wakes up Abbigale, who still doesn't trust him. Todd tried to talk her into trusting again, even offered to let her hit him if he ever lied to her.
So she came forwards ready to hit, but didn't.
Todd spread his arms, inviting her in.
After an internal war and a pitiful please from Todd, here we are~

Remind me again why I made Todd muscular? I don't have a clue on how to draw muscles!?
Or hugs, this was a challenge D:

Todd's got a few cuts over him from his fall from the tree. His palms are the worst, I hope Abbigale doesn't notice any bloodstains -v-

Why is Todd topless you ask? Why, His shirt was clean until Abbigale wiped her dirty face on his sleeve and he was forced to wash it.
