I like it but it's morbid.
It's a bubonic plague death mask. The doctors would wear a mask like this, with the nose stuffed with herbs and spices to protect them from the plague as they took the dead and dieing to be buried and yes I mean dieing if someone had the plague they would bury a person alive to keep from spreading it.
