Since I managed to locate my sketchpad I've been finishing off some old stuff.
This is Sailor Erinys, the angel of vengeance, who sort-of work together with Sailor OnryΕ [link] (since I decided to keep her around), although calling them an actual team would sound a bit silly. Let's just say they share a common goal, vengeance.
Erinys, like OnryΕ, used to be an innocent young girl, before dark forces stole her body away from her. Now she only lives to extract revenge on those she deems unworthy. (And as a mad spirit, she has some cracked ideas about right and wrong.
) Erinys does not have a civilian form, and her powers relate to the mind. (Psychic force, telekinesis, etc) It's said that no one knows what colour her eyes are, because if you see them you're doomed. 
Erinys design is influenced heavily on a character from a video game, and I think at least one person on my list is able to tell who!

Wow. Now that's a creepy sailor. Reminds me of a cross between Sailor Saturn's dark side and the works of Tim Burton.
But anyway, very awesome work on this one, my friend.

It seems kinda similar to the japanese movie, The Ring, from what her background story explains in here.

Hmmm, you think so? I don't see much in common, especially since Samara had a really complicated and sad background story. They do definitely share the vengeance aspect, though.

Well, from the background profile that i've read about your Sailor OC, it seems that the vengeance aspect is indeed the only thing that they have in common.
But what they share in the commonity level is that fact that both Samara and Erinys are extremely creepy and... they're both dangerous looking too, though as you said, on different levels.

That is true! Her looks (and somewhat her powers) are based on Alma from the F.E.A.R. game, who again is heavily influenced by Japanese horror movies. So they share a lot of outward similarities, that's for sure!

I love her! She's creepy and frightening and cool. XD I love her design, and I think the fact that you didn't give her shoes kinda adds to the "creepy mad spirit" vibe she's got going! XD

Creepy. Doesn't come across as evil though. Kind of reminds me of a poltergiest actually. Like the ghost you just don't want to haunt your house, and will do so just because you are there.

Hehe, depends on your definition of evil. She's not the "sadistic killer with a wish to hurt others just for kicks" kind of evil, but the "utter disregard for human life" kind. I personally find her little smirk, coupled with the no visible eyes, sort of evil-looking.

Yep, the character she's model after has borrowed a lot design-wise from asian horror movies, so this girl ended up with the same. I love creepy, long haired little girls! XD

She reminds me of some of the ghosts in Fatal Frame 2. She's got that creepy child factor that some of them have.
