I agree with NoTeLii - I like jacob with her... There were times, when I was in 'edward team', but now I really am in 'jacob team'! He's so hot xd

ofc you can, I'd love to answer
Well first of all I almost always use a grid while painting, that helps a lo to get the right amount of shadding, lightning etc. Then I simply try lots of different colors, comparing them with the colours in the reference photo. I start with putting on just one or two different colours on the face and then I build the face upp with darker and brΓghter tones and colours. It's really just all about practise, practise and a lot of patience.
one great tip is to watch tutorials here on dA. There are many really good ones! I have learned most of what I can her at dA.
No one have really asked me hove I do before, maybe I should do a tutorial? Do you think anyone would benefit from it?

That was my "problem" at first to and still is sometimes, it kinda looks more like a cartoon painting then a realistic one. but over time it developes more and more
