I love the way you drew all these characters here, 17 in total, and you made them noticeable. It's really amazing putting so many characters into one picture, that would require some skill and patience. The colours you chose are very beautiful and there's a great variety of them. And all the tiny details you put into the picture, just makes everything pop up, it's very inspiring. This picture really catches one's eye when browsing through loads of images. What I really want to say is that I'm inspired. I've never really been very good at drawing backgrounds and colouring digitally, so this actually amazes me. And I'm sure it amazes others too. The painting is really difficult, and even thought you put so many colours it is working quite well in the composition !! The only problem is that, exactly because there is so much going on, I don`t know where is the focal point. I am guessing it is the boy in the middle(that is Ezreal right?), so maybe you could had spent more time rendering him and putting some details, or arranged the lights so he could be directly in front of it, getting more contrast.
But it is overall a good painting, it most have taken you a lot of effort to do it , and you should be proud of it.

From left to right as I can find/see them... (Curse this lowish max res picture!) Police Officer Vi, Jynx, Poro (It counts!), Annie in Wonderland, Bard, Gentleman Gnar, Popstar Ahri, Twisted Fate, Teemo, TPA Ezreal, Star Guardian Lux, Crimson Talon?, Yasuo?, ?, Arcade Hecarim, Blue armor too indistinct for me to make out, Arcade Sona.
I cannot even find 17 shapes, let alone make them all out, sorry. It's just too small a picture. Unless there's a face btw. the blue armor and Sona, I cannot even find the 17th shape. I can't win...
