Another one for the list of long existing characters who finally got the design they deserved. Just look at that fluffy hair! I wanna pet him over the head and feel its softness.

This guy's Sevas. His name used to be Adriaan, named after a former classmate of mine, but since that classmate's real name was Sebastiaan I decided to rename this guy to that. I then accidentally typed it Sevastiaan, which then became Sevas for IC reasons. Definitely the longest name history here!

Sevas is, or rather was, a servant in a pretty rich family. He started out being bought as a slave back when slavery was still permitted, but the head of the household trusted him more and more over the years due to his stalwart loyalty to the family and eventually bumped up his status to an unpaid servant not allowed to leave. While he was still below the family, he stood high above the other slaves and got a lot of privileges like being fed proper food and not needing constant supervision. It went far enough that he even got command over the other slaves in the household.

Since he landed in a Northerner family, they wanted to have a decent name they could call him by and thought Sevastiaan was too Draconic sounding. They made him change his name to Sevas as a result and has he stepped away from his old name since. He's a very loyal fella and the trust that's placed in him is well deserved. His family values him like one of their own and almost treats him like their own. However, he still is a servant, not a free man. Not that he cares, he enjoys the life he lives at the household and he's aware his situation turned out better than he could've ever hoped for.

He's gonna have a role in the story as it is today, which is why I can't say a lot about what happened to him after he broke away from his masters. But since I haven't worked out everything, I can tell you lots of stuff about his past life when he was still in captivity!
