Simple: Look at various tutorials on how to make this type of papercraft. See how they make the head? Yeah. Garry's head is the exact same.

i typed "pandora hearts papercraft" at my DA search,
somehow(?) i fell off my chair as i saw what the result are.
Cuz what i saw first is above papercraft (which i lolled so much why would garry appear on the result.) and its below is break's papercraft. ( if you know what i mean . XD)

Well, to make the template, I copied a pre-existing template and edited it in MS Paint. After that I printed it out, cut, folded, and taped it together.

I believe that Desubunny has a tutorial for how to make these things somewhere on her account. This type is actually really easy to make once you get the hang of it. Good luck!
