Pretty much the same concept and layout of my Kevan and Merrik piece. But the Project Fall version. For the record, Angelie isn't a rider of anything. He can fly around on his own. This is just a one time event that deals massive damage.A little...gory if you pay attention.
And this is not a dragon. But a creature from my story. I have a bunch of races that I am keeping quite on, but have the designs and everything done for.
One day you may see the Children of the Sea, The cursed ones, forest children, and other various creatues. Also the children of darkness, but there's actually one in this image.
But yea, a messy sketch:/

I can see what you mean by gory. That's ok, I play Diablo and when you kill monsters they tend to explode in a bloody mess.

I was about to ask why the dragon had hair, but then I read the artists comments and all made sense again. and yay for craploads of races that nobody else knows about! I got a similar situation over here, but my wannabe book is eventually going to be uploaded on here and probably not getting published.
anyway, I would love to see this sketch finished and possibly the other races but I'm guessing that has a 50/50 probability of happening...

Yea, I randomly started getting a lot of new races. There's well over 10 or so. Some of them are okay to draw, but the other don't appear until book 2, so I can't touch on them here.

*le sigh* I have 14 in my wannabe book (all made up during school because it's boring) and those are just the ones with established designs...having more than around 10 becomes a hassle when you have to differentiate them all from one another. ugh. 'specially if they're based off things that already exist like bugs. but I ramble. I really would like to see the races in, like, non-spoilery situations because I'm sure they're awesome. No pressure, but I seriously can't wait for your books. they sound so interesting.
