i really would love to know what program you use. i´ve been seeing alot of these artworks that look like they´re oilpaintings and i want to know how to do this.
can you tell me what program? is it possible with sai?
any tips or tutorials you can recommend?

I'm using gimp, I gotta say that with sai the painting effect is easier to make than on gimp, because of sai watercolour and blending brushes

just how do you make it even unfisnished look so good? O:
I'm jealous. somehow I am not able to make my drawings look like this with the contrast. maybe I'm using the wrong brishes or worng programm but.....gah! it's frustrating. anyway, it looks already really awesome.
