Another photo from the numerous rivers we passed on the jan 1st 2015 around Gros Morne area, Newfoundland.Was hard to say no to this one...

Cool mix of flowing water, snow, ice formations, and evergreen trees.
I like the lens you're using. It produces a perspective in the photo where you can feel you're looking down and then raise your eyes to look out to the horizon.

The lens for this one is Canon's 16-35 mm, and yes that is pretty much how i focus in here, down and thanks to the wide lens you can see the rest
thou my fav is 50mm, but ofcourse it is tricky to get landscape with it, but i always liked the colors 50mm gives.

this is a different river, there was few we passed i took pics of each, from different side, and yes on the bridges.
