(from wikipedia) Oekaki is Japanese for "scribble" or "doodle". On the Internet, an Oekaki is a message board system that revolves around computer art created by the local art program (often a more sophisticated version of Microsoft Paint).
Basically it's an online program that's free and the art is posted on a message board thing.

Wow this is excellent! Some people have the gift to pull an oekaki up into the realms of briliant art, and this certainly shows you have the talent in there - you've taken advantage of the oekaki look and created something visully aesthetic from it - I mean to say rather than being held back by being an oekaki, its added to the style! Wicked stuff.
