Happy Monday, dears!
I heard that many people struggle with motivation and strength in the beginning of the week... There are some tricks that can make it better:
• The most important is that it is never about motivation- it is about determination. Motivation can come and go but we are way more productive if we are determined to get what we want.
• Starting the day with something that gives us pleasure sets our mind on the right vibe. When we feel better all around us seems nicer as, after all, it all depends on our perspective and perception.
• When you don’t like something- change it! Or at least alter the rules according to which you shall go through the situations you don’t necessarily love. Sometimes small adjustments to the way we function can change the entire picture of the event for our curious minds.
• Try to avoid negative expressions like ‘I cant’, ‘it’s too bad’, ‘never’ or ‘pointless’. Thoughts expressed through words can program our mind to see upcoming events in a specific light. If we are speaking too much about negative things we are unconsciously attracting them to become our reality.
• If we try to see opportunities in everything they will ultimately start to pop up in the most unpredictable (or very much predictable) way. All is in our hands and everything can get better when we are using our mind wisely 😉
