I've had the idea for a true-to-game version of GLaDOS for a few years now, and decided to tackle it over the past three months. Of course, that had to include hanging upside down from a five-foot structure (anything for accuracy, right?). I went with her Portal 2 version for the additional detail and grittiness. I made the armor, structure, harness, and backdrop from scratch, including wiring her up with almost a hundred LEDs and painting the in-game graffiti.

Thank you!Β GLaDOS is one of the most badass characters out there imo, so I did my best to do her justice.

I've made some really bold/dumb cosplay decisions, but I am in awe of your daring-ness to construct a flying trapeze for yourself. So awesome.

How easy is it to see through that?

It's hard to tell in this picture, but there's actually a nice little gap right above the yellow 'eye' that I can see out of very well.Β I managed to walk around the con a for several hours that day without too much trouble!

Always keen on the people who wear masks and how easily its to see through them (Furry etc.)
It does beat having to walk around a con for hours in a day in certain ways... aside from having access to a chair for cosplay which very few characters actually can have a reason to.
