Yes, It's an original design for Gaster because I'm really tired of always seing the same representation of Gaster, just using Mystery Man. I really encourage spriters to make their own Gaster design and not just do Mystery Man.

Its design and the idea of making a new design for Gaster is very interesting.
I mean, I won't be able to tell exactly when I heard about it, but a friend once told me about Toby Fox saying the sprite we know as WD Gaster is not the real Gaster appearance, and that it was just some kind of glitch/misinterpretation we had.
Is that true? I mean, I dunno, I had no idea where my friend got this information, so, yeah :v
