Thank you! I'm glad you like it!

To create the stars I used a round brush with a scatter dynamic and then I added a few layer with colour brushstrokes using overlay as fusion mode to push the value up on the bright zones... the whole process wasn't really complex, but it did took me a bit of time experimenting until I got to the point where it felt right...
