(2018), 3" diameter, delica beads (matte black, matte metallic brown, silver-lined transparent rust, silver-lined transparent scarlet, matte silver-lined transparent dark orange, matte silver-lined transparent light orange, matte silver-lined transparent light gold), size 15 transparent silver-lined orange ab, transparent red magatama beads, fireline. Another very fiery Fortuneteller based on the design at beadmobile.wordpress.com/ . For this one I've actually made a progression movie showing step-by-step how I worked the bracelet. The commentary is in German, though, because I made this for a Swiss Etsy customer, who really wanted to learn how to make these bracelets for herself. Your 3D bead projects are all so fascinating. Even if they aren't anything I could ever where (smooth edges work best for this klutz), I apreciate the play of textures and the increased sensitivity to light that the different planes create.

Thank you! I am still in awe of what the group around Kate McKinnon put out there. The principles behind what they thought up is so deceptively simple, but the places they have gone with it are amazing. I think the Fortuneteller architecture is one of the most fabulous pieces of bead invention ever created. Every time I repeat it with different colors and patterns it seems to become an entirely different piece.
