I've always wondered what the appeal of vore art is, could you please explain it?

Hmm... Well... It's really, really difficult to explain. I like various aspects of Vore myself, but almost always predators eating women. There's a sort of unmatchable domination to eating someone, and it's interesting. It's like other perils to me though, bondage and hypno aren't that different except instead of being restrained with ropes or mind control it is a tight, wet, pulsating stomach. I think being eaten alive would be terrifying in real life, but that's not going to happen in real life. Vore is 100% a fantasy fetish.

Well, imagine being slowly enveloped and rhythmically squeezed in a bag of soft flesh, changing its shape just for you. I know that may not appeal to you, but the way it sounds makes it really alluring to us. If only there was no digestion afterwards...

I know that I really like the idea of being swallowed whole alive, being able to feel it. Looking back on my past as a child, I know I had a minor form of vorarephilia since I was like 3, so I don't think anything influenced be to like this; for me, it was innate from that early stage.

personally, being killed instantly or being without having enough time to realize the danger before bam-you're dead is an appealing death to me, but being slowly mauled or digested aren't high up on my list. It's just the idea of being surrounded by living flesh and the idea of slight peril that makes it attractive. Many desperate vorarephiles say they don't care if they're digested, but once you've had your fun in the squishy, slimy, tight prison (just aroused myself there), you realize you don't want to die.
Yeah, almost no vorarephile likes the idea of personally being digested. Reading about characters caught by the pred and their attempts to escape before their ultimate demise in the stomach can be alluring, though.
Like I said, earlier, it's the soft, caressing, sensory input. That's why most vorarephiles would LOVE to be swallowed whole by a snake, with some sort of method to breathe, but once they get to the stomach, they would want to use some method of escaping before death.

Some of us(such as myself) like to simply filter the whole acid thing completely out of the equation(it's a fantasy fetish after all). Other than that the idea is sort of like a full body massage plus bondage(to an extent).
But, I have a feeling that the people into the whole acid thing may have the same mind set as people that like snuff or suffocation, though that might be a stretch(pun not intended).

Most artists will be happy to give some tips, XxRupiexX or Natsumemetalsonic do same-size vore and are very friendly people.
Godvore has been busy I think, he sent me a WIP of a very old picture I commissioned from several months ago of Quetzal and Rüya recently but I haven't heard from him since
