Age: ~6 years old.
Gender: Female
Amber just works so hard all the time, how can people expect her to be on her guard 24/7!
A hobby I have taken up is taking pictures of my cat and her many emotions. She's a very lovable cat and follows me around constantly, seeking my affection (which she gets). Once, she wanted to be petted badly and I did not have a lot of time. To see what she would do, I raised her front right paw. Confused, she looked at me with it raised. Then I started petting her. I did this a few more times, and now whenever she wants to get pet all she does is raise her front right paw. She's very smart, and always comforts me... I love her. <3

my Amber was...about 11-12 years old I think.
Our other Maine Coon, Millie, was about 14.

She is so cute!! Don't you love when they fall asleep? My sister's cats are so cute when they sleep. Macey likes to "fluff" blankets before she lays down. She does this massage thing that I think she did instinctively when she was a kitten and getting milk from her mother. Unfortunately, her and her brother, Franky, were abandoned by their mother when my sister got them. They're doing fine now. Frankie will pick on Macey and gets sprayed with water because he plays to rough and then Macey attacks him back. She finally grew the balls to get him back because she would just let Frankie have his way and I guess she finally got annoyed enough to do something about it.

Franky did stop for a little bit and then it picked up again. My sister was armed with a spray bottle filled with water. Franky hates it.
Franky and Macey both love laying on paper and Macey seems to love laying on plastic bags. That's a new one to me.

Why thank you! I've always loved calicos especially, but honestly it feels fantastic to give any shelter cat a warm, friendly home for them to stay for the rest of their lives <3
