That would be amusing, though the two are similar enough that I don't think as big of an impact would be made as these two. Either way would be fine in my book.

It was hard to choose which two should be switched...since there are a lot of pairs that would make for great comedy if switched.

I for one like fluttershy's mane, Rarity should be happy to have hair like that

Also the idea of Rarity and Fluttershy switching bodies and how they react to their new traits kind of reminds me of the relationship between Raven and Starfire in Teen Titans

I concur. There needs to be an actual episode that does this, but with the whole mane 6. Could make for
some very funny and awkward instances, like Twilight in RD's body crashing into things. And the reactions of
the rest of Ponyville...
