Well everybody watched that scene or at least was spoiled (my case 
). I'm sure a lot of people imagined "What Misty would think ?". That was my first thinking after seeing this and I wanted to cry all the tears of my body grr !!Can you just imagine how I felt ?
I'm PokéShipper since I'm 9-10 years old, MY CHILDHOOD GOT JUST RUINED !!!!After I calmed down I thought. Your first kiss doesn't mean you're gonna marry the person who give it to you (I'm very glad it wasn't my case haha !). And Ash's reaction is so... stupid. A girl deeply in love with you finds the courage to dare kiss you and... You just stands up here and says her goodbye waving your arm.
I saw the sparkles in his eyes but for me it translates surprise or that he FINALLY gets what she feels for him. Conclusion : Ash is homosexual or/and in love with Pikachu.I'm not gonna be Anti AmourShipper hater insincere etc, it's a real canon kiss (yep, just the kiss, not the ship, Ash haven't said anything (yet ?) about what he feels). And very probably on the lips, otherwise why would they show their feet ? Latias and Melody's kisses on the cheek were shown !
I just have to recognize that after all, he knew Serena before Misty. And Prof. Oak said at the end of B&W "As fate would have it, Misty invited him to the Cerulean Gym." ... I hope she didn't forget Ash and became closer to Tracey !
But that's what inspired me for the picture and OrangeShipping is also cute ! 
But on the other hand, Misty is the only one who... Hum, it's only with her that I saw him DAMN BLUSH (in Pokéball danger) and being jealous (I don't take into account the dub hints like the famous "we're gonna marry someday too"). That's why I'll always prefer PokéShipping, but AmourShipping can be a good option after all !

I really cannot see the second scenario, because in Japanese original nor misty neither Tracey had the minimum interest in each other (in that sense), and even with that Amour shipping kiss, don't worry! Misty already kissed Ash (in a RCP) in the second movie, which is CANON like the first movie and the 8 movie 
Pokéshipping will always have the MUTUAL hints, Serena never had nothing from Ash x"D even that kiss was lol? Nothing sor Ash comparing to Melody's kiss (this received a REACTION from Ash), like I already said, the second movie in canon x3

And yes, it still counts, since the kiss "scene" was cut BUT not the situation neither the circumstance. Takeshi Shudo confirmed in his blog The scene existed, was planned and it's happened, just the part wasn't showed. Ash needed seriously mouth-to-mouth breathing, not just blows in his chest not shaking... Misty shaking him was just AFTER the kiss, and it's IMPOSSIBLE for someone about to drown to survive without breathing from mouth-to-mouth. It's different, the situation was still in the movie, it's not like the daughter which was something absolutely discarded (the kiss was just censured lol but it's canonical) I mean, we didn't see Serena kissing Ash's lips, they cut that exactly like the RCP scene.
So, first Ash's kiss was from Misty. Not Serena, because the censured scene was in the final movie, but it was censored, nothing more not different from Serena's kiss... It's funny that the kiss of Amour was still unilateral, because Ash's reactions to Melody's kiss on his cheek definitely received a reaction from him XD

Hmm okay. There is still a small difference between official/canon and unofficial. Serena it's official, we saw the scene (even if it was just their feet) but Misty it was completely cut. You just see her shaking him in despair. Even Japanese version does not have it. So it's unofficial and not canon. At least if we could have a screenshot but I guess there are none.
Be careful with the words you use because it's similar to all those amourshippers who were spreading everywhere amour is canon because in an interview XY director said we could assume they perhaps become a couple in the future. It's different because it's just a simple supposition even if it's official. I'm bad to explain but if you didn't see it in the anime it's not considered canon, globally. If the blog is an official one, why not...

Yeah, i'm saying this because the blog is official XD do you remember the scene in the trailer when Ash jumped to save Pikachu and Misty tried to search him, *crying* but Tracey stopped her? That scene was supposed to be in the movie, final movie, but Shudo didn't wanna it there x"D that's exactly the same case with the RCP, BUUUUT with the difference that the kiss was still in the final product, the original Japanese version even had a determined OST (music) called "Kasumi/Misty to the rescue" for this moment. Even Shudo explained the meaning of that desperation from Misty to save Ash's life, saving him from die drowned, giving him mouth-to-mouth breathing and AFTER shaking his body to try to make him wake up. The situation is still there, Ash needed RCP because he was almost drowned and only shaking his body will not be enough XD
The Amourshipper always said Shudo was anti Pokéshipping because of this cut things, but in his novel from anime: Shudo also wrote (by his own hands) a Pokéshipping hint.
