Finally my lines looks like old ones, found the right combination of leads and paper.You know you are right when you close your eyes and hear the scratch sound of the leads on paper and hears like a good symphony.
No restrictions on my paper dance anymore.

The whole thing about having the right grade paper and pen/pencil is so true. It's why I wonder whether I could ever get used to working on a tablet..

solo por curiosidad, cual es esa combinacion? Yo en papel uso canson sketch y lapices faber y o portaminas...tu que papel usas?

yes, there is a certain point when you just get a spectrum of results you find adequate for your work and it just happens instinctively. its kind of wacky when you get something like a sketch pad of quite expensive paper, but you end up laboring against what the lead and the paper would do.
for me, its either default copier paper or a certain house brand of cheap sketch pads from a german arts supplier, and faber castell wooden pencils, 2b and softer. most expensive stuff throws me off balance.
