Actually no, I've been asked that quite often though. She's almost exclusively Hands Up bred.

very cool. Bright Eyes Brother is one of the best know for splash in appys, which is why I wondered, but I've found a few others at times that had no BEB breeding.

Hands Up seems to throw a lot of odd balls too. Almost all have huge face markings and tall legs.

splashy I think he gets it from Lucy Palousy (go check out Traveler in her pedigree...and splash can be super minimal at times). So very cool

Yeah, I've done lots of looking through the lines. A friend sent me a book about the appy studs and it was neat to see Hands Up in there.

there was another splashy line I seen once, but totally forget the name...ugh. I remember it because and online friend had bought an appy mare, already bred...and out popped a foal that was not in the least bit appy, but very much homozygous splash..haha. DNA tested that the parents were who they said they were...but dang what a surprise. That was about 10 years ago...will have to shoot her an e mail and hope she gets online and sees it sometime, as she just doesn't use the internet that much these days.

Thanks. She's pure appy. The crazy markings seem to run in her bloodline. Got some QH and TB way back in her lines but that's about it.

Sadly not around here. Most people think they're stupid and crazy. In reality, they're not. Just smarter than most of them, haha! QH's are a breed I'm fond of as well. Arabs tend to be a bit too... uhm, hyper for me. XD At least all that I've met.

Haha really? I almost bought a blue roan appy mare once. They are too stubborn for me. Arabs are hyper and crazy sometimes, but I still love em! Lol. Ive grown up with em so I dont know much else lol
