Here's Ultimate Cap, brought to the present day, witha costume that, in all honesty, should have been the costume used in the Avengers Movie. As much as I love Chris Evans as Cap, and think the characterization was dead on, that suit looked a bit lackluster. I think something closer to this look would have worked more. Anyway, that's just me.Inks and markers on a trading card.

I'd have to agree, the modern costume looks off. its hard to explain. but I was happy to seem actually whoop some ass unlike in his movie where when he finally became Captain America, they only showed a montage of him beatin up Nazis, not full out battles.

I liked the WWII era costume they did, but I really didn't like the Modernization of his costume this time.

It just had this weird look to it, like they were going for a badass biker jacket kind of look but instead gave him a Mr. Rodgers sweatervest of superhero costumes.

I mean, it kinda makes sense if you think about Colson co-designing it. He was a fan of the serial movie Cap costume, the one in the cards, so he went for a more iconic look. Still, I truly hope they change it in the sequel.
