The Aquarell from the Raven Goddess Sketch for T_T I hope you like it...it looks nothing like the sketch but was in my head like this for a long time.
Water colors are quiet a challenge but its such a great medium

The Raven has appeared in the mythology of many ancient people. Some of the more common stories are from those of Greek, Celtic, Norse, Pacific Northwest, and Roman mythology.
French anthropologist Claude Levi-Strauß proposed a structuralist theory that suggests the raven (like the coyote) obtained mythic status because it was a mediator animal between life and death. As a carrion bird, ravens became associated with the dead and with lost souls. In Sweden they are known as the ghosts of murdered persons.
