Commissions are requests but paid.
For example: someone asks me to draw his OC in cel shaded colour, I'll draw it for a certain price.
Cel shaded is 18 dollars.
So I will require 18 dollars from them before I show them the drawing.
That's how commissions work.

Well yeahhh Goku transformed to his little self for his tail to show up again, then used the Kais to make it grow.
I don't see how/why Vegeta would be able to pull it out too. So I designed a mini-blutzwave generator, kinda like a tv remote
