This is wonderful. I am a landscape photograph fan and I took some myself, and so I understand how photos from windows can be disappointing sometimes because of the limited field of view.
This is NOT one of those disappointing results. When seeing that ray coming from the left side, I assumed that I would see a missed-composition on the far right. But you did it perfectly.
You captured the magical aura and the dreaminess well. This is not about "breaking" only but about a ray of hope - like those that you see in zombie movies after-effect, if you know what I mean.
I love this. You did an awesome job. Heck, had I hanged this on my wall people would mistaken this as a painting because of its beauty.
