Cutie Mark: Triple lightning bolt in blue, yellow, and pink; represents her love of flying and need for speed, as well as the Sonic Rainboom she performed.

Fun Facts-

1. In Generation 3, the colors of the rainbow are stated to be pink, yellow, blue, and purple in the "My Little Pony Crystal Princess Runaway Rainbow" Special; as a reference to this, her mane and tail are these colors rather than the full rainbow of colors from canon.

2. Spinel Swirl notices this fact, however, Rainbow Dash (G4) herself is unaware of it and grumbles that she'd be 20% cooler if her mane and tail were actually rainbow colored.

3. In her canon design she should have a cutie mark, I just forgot to draw it and I am not going back now.

4. Rainbow Dash (G4) may be loyal, but she isn't necessarily trusting. She is one of the last of the Mane 6 that believes Spinel Swirl is from the far past.

5. Even when she doesn't believe that fact herself, she refuses to allow anyone to call Spinel Swirl crazy or treat her badly when opening up about this-- she believes their friendship comes first, and friends stand up for friends!

6. Rainbow Dash (G4) is probably the member of the Mane 6 that Spinel Swirl gets along with the least. While Spinel Swirl may be friends with them all and get along with rather well, the relationship between Rainbow Dash (G4) and Spinel Swirl is somewhat strained.

7. While she may have adopted Scootaloo and is legally seen as Scootaloo's adoptive mother, Rainbow Dash (G4) sees herself more as Scootaloo's older sister.

8. The Rainboom in this AU was caused by Rainbow Dash (G4) trying (and succeeding) in winning a race with a last minute boost of speed. She had been pushing herself beyond reasonable limits while training in order to win the most important race of her flight school career.

9. This race is a team event, and the team Rainbow Dash (G4) is on believes in her ability to win.

10. The captain of the opposing team offers Rainbow Dash (G4) tickets to a Wonderbolts performance in exchange for her dropping out of the race. She refuses to do so, and, because of her training and her bond with her teammates she accomplishes the Rainboom and earns her cutie mark. This moment exemplifies her loyalty to her friends.
