ACEO commission for MoonDragon-1 of her lovely starheart dragon, Galacis. She was fun - but deceptively and surprisingly difficult - to draw. Or rather, color, I should say. Drawing her was super fun and easy - I made tons of little doodles of her 'til I could draw her without looking at ref pics - but coloring was a whole other story. My first time coloring something with a transitioning gradient of colors...I hope it looks alright. And I didn't have any colored pencils that matched the body color, so I had to kind of wing it. I hope it's close enough.

My camera decided not to like orange colors this time around, so the oranges are much brighter in real life than they appear here. Everything else is pretty close to the real thing, though, so, YAY.

Also, sparkly glitter paint doesn't show up here, but in it does here , in this horrible (and I mean HORRIBLE) photo.
