my first full sized pokedex piece, with background. this is the first installment of an ongoing project to create six pokemon gijinkas for every type. i'm hoping to enter every one into the pokedex contest, so the theme of each contest will decide which type i go with. this theme happened to fit ghost types perfectly! night of the witches was october's theme, and i enjoyed producing a big haloween piece.contest page:
this is the highest resolution i've ever done, and also the first time i was able to finish an entire drawing without leaning on ms paint, which untill now was one of the only programs i knew how to use competently for digital coloring. it seems i've finally outgrown it.
the pokemon featured in the picture are mismagius, froslass, haunter, banette, sableye, and duskull. and now, for all you pokemon fans out there, i will grant a free full color gijinka of your choosing to the first person who can guess all six attacks featured in this drawing correctly. you have as many tries as i want, but only one prize. first one to get ALL SIX gets the prize. ^_^
UPDATE:
has won the minicontest by correctly gessing (after inumerable attmpts) all six pokemon attacks depicted in this picture. the correct answers were:
Froslass: powder snow
Duskull: future sight OR mean look
Banette: shadow sneak
Sableye: nightshade
Haunter: destiny bond OR psychic
*Mismagius: energy ball
