Description Inspired by the song “Face To Face” by Telecast

There will be a day
When all will fade away
And all that will remain
Is loving You face to face.

Jesus I pray
That You would come today
And faith would be replaced
With loving You face to face.


The bride of Christ is promised that when this life is over we will be forever in His presence, loving Him face to face. Jesus is not the horse….but one day He will return, riding on a white horse in triumph.

This became one of my most favorite pieces.
I absolutely adore the gentle way you drew this piece over all.
This piece is very symbolic, the horse itself is a universal symbol of freedom. I love how you chose the color blue for the sky, because blue can symbolize heaven. If you note that there is no vegetation in the desert-like background, and normally vegetation would symbolize life. Instead of vegetation though, you are presented a woman dressed in white with a stallion contrasting with the stoic background. The woman's feet is bare, and bare feet can even symbolize innocence or a child's glorifying perception of freedom.
I really love how you woven this piece together, I find this extremely beautiful. God has blessed you with a beautiful talent.

What I enjoy most about critiques is the insight the viewer has. Often times the viewer reads into the image things that the artist never intended. And that is the beauty of art.

I appreciate all of the things you said. They are things I wanted to communicate, though it was not a conscious decision on my part.  This painting was largely decided by the reference photos I used.  Somehow the subliminal messages were communicated anyways.

This is very, very beautiful. The shading is not only phenomenal, but just the whole picture is fantastic and pure. This type of art kind of reminds of God and how he makes us who we are today. I sometimes wonder how Non-Christians feel about God, or even believe in him. ( If you are not a Christian, please tell me how you feel! I'm curious. I'm a Christian. ) Anyways, I really hope everyone on deviant art sees this art. I would highly recommend it to my friends on deviant art, and friends and family in general. Vision: I can completely see what you were trying to show with this piece, and it turned out beautifully.

Originality: It's a girl and a white horse in a field of sand (desert or beach), it's just not very original.

Technique: Your technique is gorgeous. I can tell that a lot of time was spent on this, getting every little detail just right. The muscles of the horse, the folds of the fabric, the prints in the sand... All of it is done so amazingly. And I love how you stuck with a lighter color scheme. You have a true talent.

Impact: This has a strong impact for me because I lvoe horses, and this brings up all of those happy feelings inside of me. It also reminds me of the end of Spirit: Stallion of the Cimmarron. I think that the impact for this piece really depends on the individual ultimately. So you may get a strong impact, or a mild one.

Overall, you are talented and this piece is beautiful. And, while I love this white color scheme with the blues and greys for shading, adding in some light purples could really make the picture more vibrant. It would also help the subjects stand out a little more from the background. They stand out fairly well, but a more vibrant subject can also be more eye catching.

Wow! I gotta say, this painting is incredibly astonishing. This is a very good piece of artwork. I really like how you made the young woman with the white horse in this dream-like world that looks like a beach that can only be seen in Heaven, it's a very cool vision. I like that!

I think God has truly given you this amazing gift for art. A lot of your artwork is pretty good, but I think this one in particular may be one of your best works here, if not, the best! Keep it up and stay awesome! God bless!

il looks wery realistic and it's more like desert not beach in havrn but the art is awesome and simply briliant. if it would be up for sale it would cost more then 50 milion dollers

That is absolutely beautiful; amazing work! It makes me think of a vision a friend had for me; she saw me riding on a white horse, and in the vision the horse symbolized the LORD carrying me, despite my barely hanging on; I was under heavy oppression at that time, and I was afraid that somehow God would be displeased with my little faith so much as to leave me where I was. But the LORD is not emotionally distant and unattached like a wild stallion who throws its rider off and keeps running - He is a loyal, loving companion who will stay with me until the end. c:
