I'm quite interested to know how you get this dark effect... I guess you decrease the saturation, right? Did you use 2 exposures, one light one dark? Did you shoot RAW? I'm really interested, because the result is really superb!

well cant remember all the process but the sky was edited seperatly,toyed with the colours,contrast,brightness and darkness.on the building i actually remember increasing saturation at one point.after editing the two seperatley i merged them,and started editing the levels,tones,colours all over again to get the overall feel i wanted.many other process took place but i didnt decrease the saturation or use 2 exposures or shoot with raw either.
TIP===>learn to use your curve tool, that would help at some point
