Personality: Most of the time, Arthur is an anxious Pokemon, always fearing about what the future can hold. He can be described as pessimistic when he is feeling down, or optimistic when he is in a good mood. Due to his mood swing (his periods of depression and his moments of elevated mood), he can be considered bipolar. He is impulsive, regardless of the mood he is in at the time, though it has an effect on his actions being good or bad (he's more keen on fighting when feeling down while he is more reliable when feeling up). His empathy also has an impact on his mood swing as he has a hard time separating his own feeling to those of the people around him. This may lead him to fits of insomnia that makes him be irritable. When he has managed to get a "balanced" mood, he is very sociable, talkative and smart.

Bio: Arthur was created in a laboratory. At first, they were trying to improve an Absol's stats by fusing them with stronger Pokemon that had higher stats and shared the shape, hence why Arcanine DNA was chosen. However, after several failed attempts, they tried to change the Absol type, supposing that the Dark type of Absol could be the problem. They chose Psychic as they hoped it would enhance the future Pokemon's ability to sense danger (and see glimpses of the future). And indeed, it worked. From the eggs they had modified, a few hatched, Arthur being one of the two that had the Psychic ability. However, was it due to his typing being tempered with to the opposite, or some other reasons, Arthur's training didn't go as planned.

If at first, everything seemed to be going well, Arthur growing from a baby Absol/Growlithe to a strong Absol/Arcanine, the scientists seemed at lost about how Arthur would behave as sometimes he could be all nice and cuddly and other time he could be fierce and snappy. After a some long experiments, they finally concluded that he indeed could see the future as well as feel the sentiments from other, be it human or Pokemon, and had little to no control over it. They eventually managed to find some medicine that'd help with the mood swings yet they also concluded that Arthur was too dangerous to be used. They therefore focused their researches on his siblings, leaving him alone to deal with those "future dreams", though still giving him the medicine the fusion required.

Eventually, Arthur was deemed suitable enough to be send to the Hideout.
