I wanted to draw Shiv. He is my favorite villain and had the most promise of all of them. He was also blatantly neglected by the creators. I love Shiv. For these reasons (and personal glomping reasons, of course), I decided to draw him.I wanted to do a perspective thing like this as well. I wanted to draw something from above coming down. I thought Shiv. Shiv jumps off of things. I also was thinking of how terrifying it would be to be in that fix. Right below Shiv jumping down with you not knowing until he starts laughing hysterically.
I know the sizing is horrible and perspective. I like the colors though. They're dark and broad. I love the face for some reason.

i used to love this show i havent seen it in so long i forgot most of the villains but seeing this picture reminded me a bit i like the expression probly would scare the crap outta any young hero to look up and see that pouncin on you

You said critique welcome, so I'm going to have a go at it.
Do you use guidelines, vanishing points, etc for your perspective? I know it might seem kind of amateurish, but it'd help a lot. You might want to try foreshortening a little more, too. I'm assuming that you wanted to try making it seem as though Shiv is jumping down and towards the viewer, but you'll need a bit more distortion for the illusion to work. It's just not doing it for me.
His head seems to be viewed straight-on. Normally, at a dynamic angle, you'd get a sort of up-the-nose shot, probably with him looking down. Assuming, of course, that his neck is not bent downwards, and I don't see why such an experienced jumper would do that, really. It's an awkward position. This might be part of the reason why I can't get into the angle.
Where is your light source? I can't really pick one out for the shading on the figure, and his arms emit a glow, too, don't they? You might want to account for that.
Also, I invoke Ebert's Law. I could not do half as good as this, I swear.
