Shiv really needed to be allowed to do this in the show.Basically Shiv in my fancy new design ambushing Static on the rooves. He's is going to lose now.

Good job capturing Shiv's crazy eyes, though he seems to be having a bit of Hotstreak's pants issues
Also, I like the effect of the lighting around Static's hand and disc. Looks a bit different than how I normally see it.

I'm glad you like the lightning. I tried to make it look right. His electricity is kind of a pain to do. Because its not solid.

lol seriously, shiv was so underused and like typical lacky villains, he was a bit of a pushover despite having such a kick-ass power. i like yer re-design, matches him very well. heh, static looks REALLY surprised. guess he underestimated shiv. XD
