Wow thats awesome, I wish I could draw that way one day. She is soooo beautiful. Her face is shining and I love how you did her hair. Also, I love the contrasts, but what I love the most is the color you chose to draw her, I found it original and much more interesting than black or something that way. Great job!

How is it that the pencil lines are so sharp? Whenever I scan something made by pencil it looks all ugly.
What do you do to it? =O

I usually retouch it a bit in photoshop, to make the colors look nicer and also, remove the gray around it...
Also, what you should do it... when your piece is finished, retrace on the edge of all your pieces to make it darker, with more confidence.

no no.. no need of tablet. You just adjust the light, and contrast, those sort of things
What I usually do is adjust : levels (not autolevel) and you perfect your tones. After, you work with contrast and light... and you can take the color balance to alter the gray of your pencil

This is great stuff! Her expression is somehow telling me that she is rather unhappy; but then there's the flower on her face which gives the overall work a possitive and almost cheerful look.
I also enjoy looking at the hair; the way you executed it with fine details is truly impressing. It would surely feel softer than a baby's butt, I'm sure.
