I really like the simplicity of the lines.
It seems like the image is far more complete than you would expect if you look at the lines in a purely clinical manner. I think that shows what a truely nice piece of art this is - you've captured the quintesential elements of the image.
Of the 3 dozen or so images in my deviation-messages my eyes were drawn to this one first.

this is very nice, actually extremely good... i love to draw but i find it hard to create a person and have the proportions of the face or body not look awkward i was wondering if you might have any pointers, or advice.

Sure! A very good advise is to upload your image a couple of time and check the "mirror effect"... sometimes, it's easier to say what's wrong that way. My portrait, by example, isn't perfect when we do the mirror thingy but I really like it that way.
Always separate your portrait - very lightly - with lines before starting; it helps to figure out where things go! And also, try to raise your sheet to your eyes (vertical) and distance it a bit from yourself to see if the proportions are equal
