Art Rage and Photoshop - 2 to 3 hoursThis one started out as an abstract, but the more I worked on it the more I saw a shape sticking out of water. I'm not really sure what it is. It could be the top of a submarine or some other futuristic vessel. It could be a monolith sticking out of the water - possibly holding cthulu. I'm not sure if it's rising or falling, coming or going or if it's just still with water breaking against the side. I wasn't going for photorealism because the shadows are off and water doesn't quite move like that, but I think this is good enough to convey my thoughts at the time.

I was thinking a humpback, albeit contrast like no real humpback. The water effect you achieved here is phenominal, very well done. I also enjoy the grayscale, it makes it feel like there's a fog about.

This reminds me alot of a giant octopus. The middle shape being the head, and the thing sticking out by the left being one if its tentacles. Very interesting piece. +fave!
