Description [EDIT] I just wanted to thank all who have showed continued interest and support, about and on this piece. Things are starting to looks up and I got the job I've been trying for for 3 months! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! you know you're getting old when you're excited about work

don't be picking on my powershot. that thing takes some amazing photographs...it's not the tool it's how you use it. I can do better photographs with my little point and shott than half the people out there who call themselves photographers...but that's just my ego and annoyances kicking in.

Hey Girl,

Great border, dead on with the size and colour. Lighting? Incredible... A stunning warm light hits all the right places. The soft, no focus, but not blurry style of this is excelent. Unbeleivibly awesome. I wish I knew this Girl Better.

if the girl is trying to remind herself of who she is, maybe she's the fun type, or so the image suggests. a little mischievous. it is very well lit and composed, no overblown highlights, great running contrasts through the image. the framing of the hair around the eyes and hanging to either side of the face completes it for me. shooting at 1/20 you've got a nice subtle softness into the shot.

when i step back from the monitor and look at it across the desk, its pretty striking. good capture and a new one for my bundle. well done

Nice portrait. Nice composition. I like the texture of your hair. And the movement your hair provides to the piece is just one of those things that falls into place in a good picture like this one.
