Just 8 frames. I don't think I get what you are asking for... sorry haha I worked with several layers. For example, Linkle animation is made of 4 frames repeated twice. Does it answer your question? :S

That's it! Glad I helped haha It's actually kinda tricky, as the background is made of 8 frames and only the character anim is repeated. But yeah, that's it xD

Have you played the time-puzzles in Skyward Sword with chronolithes ? It was a beautiful surprise, astonishing game element, smart. One of my best moments in a video game (but I have not yet finish the game, plz no spoil XD). And another of my best moments in Zelda was in Wind Waker, with the boat of course, when I stopped on the sea, at night, to see the starry sky. A true moment of poesie (it give me the envy to write about it XD)

And you at what Zelda have you played ?

I have never played Skyward Sword! It's one of the fez LOZ games I have never touched. I have only heard bad things about it tho haha 

My favorite Zelda is probably Wind Waker, I also love exploring the sea and all the environments! I love the art of that game, how everything is made, all the character design... I would be playing forever haha I also love the old pixelated ones (Links Awakening, Oracles...), and I have played the ones for N64 and DS. Oh, Minish Cap is also one of my favs: The pixel art is beautiful and I loved all the items. What about you? :^)
