Third-to-last one down, two more to go!! I am hYPED Toshiro was soOO much tougher this time round, and his hair was nigh impossible to tame, lol. I've decided to accept that this is just the best I can do

As for the answer, since Toshiro is the youngest and though despite being a prodigy, the other Captain's age and experience far outweigh his own, so I feel like he always subconsciously needs to measure up to what the standard of being a Captain is and really works himself very hard to live up to that. That's why here he may be yelling, but he is trying to be somewhat helpful, lol~ Am I making any sense? I hope so OTL Aside from her fears of him hating her, though, I think Toshiro would definitely appreciate another sane and civil Captain to work with, haha
