Happy pony!
That cutie mark is very glowy. I kind of liked it better without the glow effect to be honest. Now, I do have to say I like the brighter yellow mane and cutie mark more than the original yellow-orange, and the new greenish-black coat more than the dark blue. Are these all deliberate color changes, or just different lighting?
Pose is great — she looks like she's just sort of floating in space, but still in a very dynamic way. The lineart is smooth and expressive. The background suits the image, contrasting nicely with the coat and mane colors.
Great design overall! You definitely have a talent when it comes to making creative yet show-accurate pony drawings!

I wish I could 'like" this comment LoL I completely agree with every point You've made, other than the cutie mark's glow. It looks so much better with the glow, it makes it stand out more and much more promanent but doesn't destract from the masterful design of the pony herself.
