I've not worked with yellow like this before, it's one of my 'least favourite' colours and I was expecting to dislike working with it but it was surprisingly pleasant.

oooh just looking at your latest pieces I love your monochromatic approach in them! It's beautiful to see the depth you can achieve with so many different similar hues, and I think at the same time it gives the characters an almost fairy like quality (I could see them being nymphs perhaps). Plus reading your description I'm amazed you dislike yellow!! Definitely wouldn't had been able to guess by the outcome here
