Personality: A little soft spoken at first, and easily distracted when she sees something shiny. Loves to doodle and create glitter art for all her friends.
History: An only child, Cottonball left home to find a more colorful place to live, and found the town of Lilypad pretty soon after. She's currently trying to set up her own arts and crafts shop in the marketplace, but for now she's happy to host small classes on her front lawn.
Other: Pretty much always covered in some kind of glitter, which she gets on everything and everyone no matter what she does. Her favorite food is nectarines, and her favorite color is sky blue.
