Hey, i listened to black rain and don't get me wrong. There's nothing in my book that beats bright eyes, but i really think you're trying too hard to sound like conor oberst, and your lyrics are a hell of alot like his too. Like "One Night Romance" is almost exactly the same as "Lua" by bright eyes. I hope you don't take this the wrong way, just thought you should know.

I know what i'm talking about, there's no reason to make it up, and there are sentences almost exactly the same. Have a listen to "Lua" and then "One Night Romance" and you'll see what i mean. And i've heard Lua the melody is completly different
and for lua conor uses a capo on the 7th fret,
Im finger picking in normal tuning.

I never said i know much about music, this is from what i'm hearing. They're not completely different, and you've obviously based your voice entirely on Conor's; that can't be how you sound normally considering it says you're english.

My boyfriend does like Bright Eyes, however - I can't see how Lua and One Night Romance are similar, maybe you were just being picky and just put two and two together? That's what I can see.
Seriously, if you don't like it, why do you have to comment and be critical? Not everyone puts their work on here for people to go 'that's crap' or 'you need to do this'.
Ant is doing well with what he is doing, I can't see anything wrong with that.
His voice may sound similar but his music and lyrics are extremely different.
