Okay, I know your a lot older, but you look like twelve in this picture, idk you just look very, very young.
It's your cheek that makes you look young, it looks quite round in this picture and yeah it makes you look younger, also I think its the way your awesome hair is angled here too (how its like hanging) But I love your hair lol.
Overall its an okay pose... I really like the red though, its a very lovely color.
