Chip (Chip n Dale Rescue Rangers):
Since hate is a strong word, I don't actually hate Chip . He just is irritating at times .
And I'm not really found of "Chip is a Deus EX Machina who saves everyone and is a perfect hero!" fanfics and works (no offense).

May (Pokemon anime):
She was quite boring for a Pokegirl. Also I don't like Max either and she just had to bring him along .

Digimon Kaiser (Digimon 02):
That Digimon abuser, f'*ck him .

Draco Malfoy (Harry Potter):
I like Tom Felton, he is cool and all but Draco in the books however... Not so much.
At least in the Half Blood Prince and Deathly Hallows he finally grew spine, but before that he was just a bully. And a jerkass .
