okay I can't get it to work i click to make it bigger and the pic get better then nothing!!also i saw this guy color someones hair and he went over the whole picture but it only colored the hair how do you do that and how do you recolor stuff in a large quantity!! also sorry to ask so many questions but what does a new layer mean?
