The overall drawing is really good, especially the hippocampi C: I love the colours you used, they bring a sea-ish feel to the atmosphere. If there is one thing that I could think you could have done a better job on (Which is really hard to choose since the picture is amazing!) is the background and water. But that's just a suggestion...
