It's not animated, because it has SEE-THRU-NESS, FO REALWhich means on dA it will look (green-)grey, but put it in a journal with coloured backgrounds and VOILA! PREPARE TO BE AMAZED.
In fact, if you download it, it will be on a SLIGHTLY DARKER shade of green-grey (

Indeed. I LOVE the alpha channel. Opacity as a grade rather than a Boolean makes everything look SO MUCH BETTER

I wonder how many people don't realise you have the 'invisible' stamp and are really confused over why your 'these two stamps' is only one.

Well, for my skin, it gives a drop shadow so I can see it. But I SAID two so people would notice the visible one was off-centre and look for the second.

It looks more like A would be white or something. With checkborders it would be more clear.

Over black, the A would be a ghostly grey. Over white, the A has a black outline. The text is white for all of it, but RGB is 100% overlay and A is 50% normal. There is also the shiny ghost gloss over the whole thing.

Yes I know, but I mean it would be more obvious that it means transparency if there is an checkerboard. It's then not real transparency but in an symbolic way it's more meaningfull.

Maybe I could go with both - add a 'ghost' checkerboard which is in itself transparent.....

Maybe, but it would seem ironic for me to promote the alpha channel and then neglect it in favour or RGB
