To tell you the truth, I believe that both Ironwood and Watts doesn't know that Penny has more than one core in her character. So I'm hoping that Penny will be able to stay true to herself and not be used as a puppet for Ironwood's monetary gain.

Yes! I couldn't have asked for a happier start to the volume! (Aside from, you know, everyone getting arrested.) Penny is back and she didn't lose her memories! Now let's see how much time we'll get to spend with her with seven brand-new characters, Weiss's family and Watts and Tyrian also taking up screentime.

I screamed like crazy when I saw her return. The moment those lasers hit I knew she was back , and could not be happier with this return. Thought they could not beat the return of Neo , but this was just as amazing.

Yeah it was amazing. Also both came back in an way that so fit their character. Neo suddenly appearing to attack Cinder. Our heroes in some trouble as out of nowhere lasers appeared. It was so pervert. Also Weiss at the center of the story does fit. As last season Blake and Yang had the spotlight on them for their separate storyline.
Still you begin to fear that someone is going to die or end up disappearing. Still right now my money is on Ironwood losing his mind , and going to the dark side from what you see in the opening.

i think i know which of my favourite rwbytubers ( dan cooper aka thatkaitodan , arnold aka murderofbirds and freelancer amber ) will go crazy with penny’s return . I made the mistake of reading the comments and everybody said how happy they were to see penny back , then i saw the pictures and believed them .
